ASSISTANT MANAGER
Over 18. Full time salaried role. Hospitality supervisor experience necessary. Potential for live in role.

CHEF DE PARTIE
Full or part time including evenings and weekends. Kitchen experience preferred but not essential. Full training given. Cooking with fresh food and innovative ideas. Potential for live in role.
